ENERGY AUDITS

Energy conservation is not only good for the environment, it can put profit on your bottom line. Older office buildings often have lighting systems that are inefficient, both from a lighting quality standpoint and from an energy efficiency standpoint.

Atlantic Lighting & Supply personnel can perform an Energy Audit on your space which will examine not only the quantity of power consumption but also the quality of the lighting provided to you and your employees.

Once the Energy Audit is complete, you will receive a report on the scope of the audit, revealing the number and types of lighting fixtures in use, along with power consumption estimates. From that we can make recommendations as to which lighting should be retained and which lighting should be replaced for maximum energy efficiencies.

We will also prepare a report so that you will be able to determine the Return On Investment of any retrofitting work that you undertake. Our energy audits and retrofits often result in electric utility bill reductions that are so significant that the retrofit can pay for itself in as few as 18 months.

LIGHTING RETROFITS

With the changing world around us, everyone is constantly trying to save money and do it in the most environmentally sound way possible. We can help you achieve those goals by creating an Energy Saving Lighting Plan that will lead to a reduction in energy and maintenance costs in the future.

Our team does this by retrofitting and upgrading your current lighting. Our project team will work with your designers, store planners and contractors by following a simple five-step plan, to ensure a job well done.

  1. Review Current Lighting Plan
Your Project Manager will review your current plan, by doing an energy audit. In doing this, we can provide you with a spread sheet showing you the financial pay back and return on investment in months/years.
  2. Develop a Plan
The Project Manager will develop a plan that best fits your facility.
  3. Facilitate the Plan
In this stage the project manager will meet with you and present the project and discuss everything about the project. Then any changes that need to be made can be done.
  4. Starting the Project
This is when the physical work begins. Throughout the project, and on a weekly basis, your project manager will keep you updated as to the progress of the program.
  5. Managing your Completed Retrofit
This final step is the ongoing support that we offer to the customer to ensure the best future of your retrofit. We will provide you with all the information on the servicing and warranties of the products that we have installed.

We set ourselves apart from our competition because of our excellent Project Managers, whose main focus is customer care and relations. In the beginning of your project, a Project Manager will be assigned who will work with you from start to finish to coordinate specifications, schedule deliveries, manage your warranties and assist in billing.

In order to do the best possible job, our team follows national guidelines throughout the process of retrofitting your facility.

In either case, Atlantic Lighting & Supply can assist you to ensure that the lighting system in your project is efficient and cost effective.

We can do the complete lighting system design from a take-off of your plans, or we can work with your in-house designer to help in the selection and sourcing of the lighting fixtures that will integrate with your overall design concept.
